I got really lucky in the past twelve months and and the same pair of sunglasses without them breaking. They weren’t amazing by any means, but they did their job. For twelve months, they lasted me without losing them, cracking them, or scratching them. Honestly, I only put them away because I wanted a pair to wear to my sister-in-law’s beach wedding that matched my dress.
This Easter, we added another pair of sunglasses to the kids’ collection. Because clearly they need to be cooler, right?
This summer, I have had ridiculous luck with sunglasses…and not the good kind.
One pair was chewed by the dogs.
Another was lost between my Grandma’s house and mine.
Another was cracked by junk in the console while getting an oil change.
One succumbed to Mud on The Mountain.
